Cambodian Dance Salon

Initiated in 2009, the Khmer Arts Salon Series is a monthly program of free lecture demonstrations, performances, and film screenings designed to engage diverse audiences with the art of Khmer classical dance and other traditional performing arts. Now in its fourth year, Khmer Arts will bring this unique program to Cambodian communities all over the Bay Area from April 1 – 6, 2013, introducing people to Sophiline Cheam Shapiro’s Seasons of Migration and its exploration of culture shock.
