Since 2024, Red Poppy Art House has proudly served as a venue for the San Francisco International Arts Festival (SFIAF), continuing our commitment to fostering cross-cultural artistic engagement. As we prepare for SFIAF 2025, we are excited to once again open our doors to a global community of artists and audiences, providing an intimate space for creative exchange and cultural dialogue.
SFIAF is dedicated to celebrating the arts by presenting innovative projects that enhance understanding within and across cultures. With a mission rooted in cultural and economic equity, the festival has coordinated performances from over 700 artistic ensembles from California and 60 other countries, making it a key platform for both emerging and established artists. By bringing together multiple organizations and artists from diverse backgrounds, SFIAF enriches the Bay Area’s vibrant cultural landscape and expands opportunities for international artistic collaboration.
At Red Poppy Art House, we share SFIAF’s commitment to inclusivity and artistic cross-pollination. As a neighborhood center in San Francisco’s Mission District, we cultivate a dynamic and welcoming space where artists, cultural visionaries, and community members come together to engage with pressing social issues through creative expression. Through our artist-driven programming, we host over 150 performances, exhibitions, workshops, and residencies each year, serving as an incubator for interdisciplinary artistic dialogue and experimentation.
