RDL+: Modern Original Jazz – Album Release Concert

RDL+ presents the album release performance of Pacific Voyage. In the spirit of adventure, this live performance album captures it all. From placid waters to raging seas, Pacific Voyage sails the oceans in a vessel of original composition, powered by the raw emotions of the improvisation trio.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
RDL+ has been in existence since 2009 in various formations, composing and performing regularly. Led by bassist Doug Lee, pianist/accordionist Ruthie Dineen, and guitarist Luis Salcedo, the group creates original music that is nuanced, playful, grooving, and inspired. Drawing on all types of influences—jazz, Latin, classical, pop, amongst others—the group is boundless, open, and always searching. Currently, the group leads the monthly residency Bay Area Bridges at Studio Grand in Oakland, creating and collaborating with a wide range of artists. In the summer of 2018, they will release their second full-length album, Pacific Voyage.
