Pianist and composer Danny Green tours the Bay Area with his virtuosic trio to present original music from their latest album, One Day It Will, as well as their own take on jazz standards. From melodic, reflective ballads to energetic, playful grooves, the trio’s brilliance shines through the entire night.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
A rising force on the jazz scene, Danny Green has distinguished himself with his beautifully articulated touch and melodically charged sensibility. An Origin recording artist, Green’s growing portfolio of vibrant sounds has captured the attention of critics around the world. His work has been featured in the San Diego Union Tribune, the Boston Globe, DownBeat Magazine, Jazziz, and Public Radio International. Green is the recipient of multiple San Diego Music Awards for Best Jazz Album. His trio, including bassist Justin Grinnell and drummer Julien Cantelm, were a featured group at this summer’s San Jose Jazz Festival and at TEDxSanDiego.
