Classical Revolution presents the 2nd Annual Bay Area Chamber Music Festival, with concerts throughout the month of September in venues around the Bay Area.

For tonight’s concert at the Red Poppy, we are thrilled to present the enormously enjoyable Dúo del Sol, on tour from Los Angeles. It is hard to imagine when you hear the duo that its only two musicians playing – they harness the raw energy of a rock band by wildly stretching their instruments beyond any traditional limits, mixing and engineering their unique sounds like two mad scientists. Their instruments become irrelevant and what’s left is evocative, powerful music.
