Amy is an up-and-coming opera singer\, torn between equal desires for career and family. She meets and falls in love with Luis just as her career is taking off\, forcing her to make choices in situations she doesn’t know how to handle. A second narrator\, Amy’s grandmother\, Colleen\, is a young woman with a national singing career\, which she abandons to marry a Navy pilot when the United States joins World War II. The ensemble has headlined multiple summer festivals including the Silicon Valley Jewish Music Festival and Claremont Folk Festival. Mostly Kosher had the honor of being the first Jewish music ensemble at the Disney parks with 2022 marking their sixth season performing during the 2-month long Festival of Holidays.
