Adam Shulman Sextet: Contemporary Jazz Compositions in the Tradition of Cedar Walton and Horace Silver

$10 – $15Performing material from their new album “here/there”, the Adam Shulman Sextet’s compositions paint an aural vignette of people and places in the Bay Area jazz scene.
Adam Shulman has been a staple of the Bay Area jazz scene since his move in 2002. In addition to leading his own trio and sextet, he has played as a sideman with internationally-renowned artists such as Stefon Harris, Willie Jones III, Miguel Zenon, Mark Murphy, Luciana Souza, Paula West, Larry Coryell, Sean Jones, Grant Stewart and Bobby Hutcherson.
