With the gracious power of belly dance to the colorful dances of the Indian gypsies\, one is transported on a visual and sonic journey.\n \nFEATURING:\nNarayan Sijan – vocals\, electric oud\, electric saz\, programming\nSchirin Chams-Diba – dance\, backup vocals\, percussion\n \nABOUT THE ARTIST:\nKaravan Sarai’s 2018 album\, Painted Sands\, was in the World Music Charts Top Ten for ten weeks\, peaking at number four. The group’s debut album\, Woven Landscapes (2015)\, was in the Top Ten charts for six weeks\, peaking at number six. Composer\, vocalist\, and multi-instrumentalist Narayan Sijan lived on the Silk Road from 1994-2006\, learning music from mystics\, masters\, and locals. He creates an innovative alchemy of music\, storytelling\, and beauty in his album collaborations with two-time Grammy nominee\, producer\, and programmer Carmen Rizzo.
