Also performing original compositions and American blues/jazz/pop standards\, Vieira captivates her audience with the evocative laments of the old world classics blended with innovative instrumentation\, creative layers\, and soaring vocals.\n \nFEATURING:\nRamana Vieira – piano\nBrad Bivens – guitar\nLeslie Thorne – acoustic bass\n \nABOUT THE ARTIST:\nRecognized by the New York Times as an American at the forefront of the fado resurgence\, Ramana Vieira has also been described by Mundo Portugues newspaper as the “New Voice of Portuguese World Music.” She has received three international nominations with the International Portuguese Music Awards in 2015 and 2016.
