DESCRIPTION:Jazz vocalist/composer/arranger Andrea Claburn will be joined by an all-star band to celebrate the release of her debut\, Nightshade\, a collection of original compositions and new arrangements of lesser-known standards by Duke Ellington\, Betty Carter\, and Pat Metheny. \nFeaturing:\nAndrea Claburn – vocals\nDan Zemelman – piano\nAaron Germain – bass\nGreg Wyser-Pratt – drums\nTerrence Brewer – guitar\nErik Jekabson – trumpet\, flugelhorn \nSan Francisco-based Andrea Claburn\, born in Baltimore and raised in the classical tradition\, studied both piano and violin before turning to jazz.
