Alongside a vibrant trio of experienced musicians\, Wolff and Stewart pay tribute to the time-honored compositions of Charles Mingus\, Al Cohn\, Freddie Redd\, and Duke Ellington\, brought to life in a magnetic convergence of East and West Coast virtuosity.  \nFeaturing:\nGrant Stewart – tenor saxophone\nPatrick Wolff – tenor and alto saxophone\nAdam Shulman – piano\nEric Markowitz – bass\nPhil Stewart – drums \nPatrick Wolff is a saxophonist\, composer\, bandleader\, and educator\, originally from New York and currently residing in San Francisco. Known for his work with the Marcus Shelby Jazz Orchestra and singer/songwriter Diana Gameros\, Wolff has received praise for his original music and explorations of overlooked jazz repertoire.  \nNew York City-based saxophonist Grant Stewart is an international favorite of critics and musicians\, having performed all over North America\, Europe\, Japan\, Brazil\, and Taiwan.
