DESCRIPTION:iiii\, which Anthony Dean-Harris\, Editor in Chief of nextbop.com recently reviewed as “a group of pure radiance\,” mixes jazz training with pop and R&B influences to forge a new and captivating sound. In 2013\, iiii recorded and released its self-titled debut album of original songs. The group —Laila M. Smith\, Paul Bloom\, Connor Schultze\, and Jeremy Dutton — also released an EP\, “Run iiii Cover\,” which includes versions of songs by Marvin Gaye and Al Green. Originally from the East Coast the members met in college; in addition to performing and recording\, the group works together to share its love for music by giving workshops\, clinics\, and presentations to educate. \n  \nLaila Smith – vocals\nPaul Bloom – piano\nConnor Schultze – bass\nJeremy Dutton – drums \n  \n“breezy\, jazzy and fun” – Jake Reed (The Deli Magazine New England) \n  \nGet a feel for iiii’s unique sounds\, and check out their website. \nAlso scope out iiii’s Facebook and attend the Poppy’s Facebook invite as well! \n  \nAdmission: $10-15.
