DESCRIPTION:  \nBroken Shadows Family Band is comprised of an all-star cast of musicians from diverse backgrounds; Western European to Arabic classical music\, slavic choral music to Americana\, classic jazz to the sounds of Macedonia and beyond. They’ve created a truly unique sound\, balancing the old with the new\, and telling human anecdotes that are ready to be danced to. Originals by trumpeter/composer Darren Johnston are extremely unique and integrate selections of recorded interviews and letters by immigrants in the US.
