Trance Mission Duo presents new music from their upcoming album and chestnuts from their vast repertoire. Melodic, haunting, rhythmic, and pulsating, their global jazz and trance dance music has delighted audiences all over the world.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Trance Mission Duo (TMD) just returned from a successful European tour wherein they performed with drummer Michael Baird in Belgium and the Netherlands to sold-out venues. TMD features two extraordinary multi-instrumentalists/composers with mountains of global accolades to their credit that continue the musical traditions they started in the 1990s. Founded in 1991 by Stephen Kent and Beth Custer, this seminal fourth-world quartet out of the Bay Area performed extensively on the West Coast and in Europe, and created four universally acclaimed recordings released on San Francisco’s City of Tribes label. The music of Trance Mission is as fresh and alive today as it was at its inception, with performances that snap, crackle, and pop with infectious improvisational spirit and humor. The duo is currently working on a new release slated for 2018.
