A night of unconventional riffs, rhythms , tones and drones that line up like a complex math problem!
Formed by longtime friends Jason Schwartz (Boxcar Saints, Fort Erie, the Cannery…) and Karl Jensen (Satuurnus, HS Adherents), Tragic Valley is a study in duality. Always sounding on the verge of losing control, yet very carefully crafted, they create sounds ranging from mellow, moody drones to dark, blues-tinged psych-rock. Tragic Valley is gonna kick you in the face… and then maybe give you a hug.
Reverter consists of 2 ladies providing discordant & dissonant guitar riffage & a fella on drums, weaving & sewing effortless off-time mayhem on the skins. And best of all, they are Canadian! Hailing from rainy Vancouver, BC, drummer Barry Hignison is also a member of Previous Tenants and The Doers. Patricia and Miss Kim are both multi-instrumentalists who have played in many bands over the years including The Jade Shader.
