The Danny Green Trio: Converging Brazilian and Jazz Music

Emulating various types of Brazilian music using beguiling, brisk melodies and a vast array of intricate rhythms, The Danny Green Trio excellently brings together the sounds and traditions of Brazilian and jazz music. Called “a musical mind of rare sensitivity and rigor,” pianist Green is quickly scaling the ranks of new jazz talent. This virtuoso group is currently on tour promoting their acclaimed album After the Calm.
