Latin Dance Party Benefit for the Poppy
Feat DJ Boludo, El Profe, and DJ Guruila, El Estudiante
For those of you that know DJ Boludo, then you know what’s in store for this dance party. Some of you may recall the epic 2007 dance party that he was in on hosted by Indira Urrutia and Todd Brown at Brown’s then loft space on Stevenson St. For those of you that don’t know, DJ Boludo is not someone you will find in the San Francisco club scene. He’s a strictly home-grown house-party specialist of the Mission community. Joining him will be El Profe, DJ Guruila, and El Estudiante, coming back from a long hiatus to spin Latin beats of the African Diaspora including Salsa, Cumbia, Reggae, Samba, 80’s, oldies, and Afrobeat.
