Dusty Brough Trio: Surf Jazz

Guitarist Dusty Brough steps out front to lead his own trio of fine jazz instrumentals, featuring Paul Bertin on saxophone and Julien Cantelm on drums.
Based in San Diego, Dusty Brough brilliantly integrates his roots in flamenco with jazz, folk, Romani, Brazilian, Balkan music. His nylon string guitar playing is marked by an agile technique that supports a buoyant aesthetic. As a composer, Dusty seamlessly combines harmonies, intricate rhythms and improvisation with a fluidity that can be compared to the rolling waves of the ocean.
